Proxy's and stubs are for interfaces, not coclasses. If you look in the registry under the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{Your IID} key you'll see a ProxyStubClsid32 key. In some cases you may use the CoRegisterPSClsid[^] method instead.
