In the interests of balance. (and, hopefully, bypassing the posting rules!), it hardly compares to what some of their predecessors have done:
- Invaded Iraq based on WMD complete BS. Gets Knighted.
- Sunk Argentine ship that posed no threat. Gets re-elected.
