Not for another 10 days. Biden is the President Elect until his inauguration (on the 20th Jan) and takes the Oath of Office. Trump remains President (baring impeachment etc.) until that occurs.

Twitter needs to be shut down as an enemy of the US Constitution. It started out fine but if you support the Constitution and are vocal about it you get banned, but the head of Iran, who has publicly stated that he wants to destroy the US is allowed to remain.
