I worked in restaurants when I was young. Even high class ones.
What you might have seen happen in movies when restaurant workers are mistreated is not a fantasy.
And when I was responsible for a automobile accident and was very respectable to the responding office I ended up with a much less severe final offense as applied by the DA.
