I hate the appearance of Notepad++, never liked the software.
I use Notepad2[^].

I found some of the scenes shocking[^], the people responsible should be locked up. It looks like made arrests nad have video evidence although I don't hold much faith in anyone getting convicted.

I felt sickened by what I was seeing and was appalled by the disgusting behaviour of those sadists and the charge nurses that should have put a to to it. far worse was the disgraceful response form the ombudsman: what a weasel. I agree that they should be heavily punished. Sadly, I think you are right that it probably won't happen.

Welcome in the world. This is not an exception, and occurs in a lot of hospitals or homes for the elderly, since these poor sobs cannot answer to the violence.

I saw it. Apparently arrests have been made, but it's unclear how high up they go. I can't believe that the practices here were not symptomatic of the whole place.

To quote from the first line:
"This email is to all people who have been scammed in any part of the world, the UN has agreed to compensate them with the sum of $3,000,000.00 (Three Million United States Dollars)"
I suppose it's a "good" idea - marketing to gullible people who've already been scammed...

Someone that's already been scammed is easier prey.
Way back when the homeless (hobos) and con men would put a chalk mark on the curb in front of a house
where they got a meal to indicate that the people in the house were an easy target.

Maybe I don't fully understand the cloud concept. I expect more of the cloud than yet another music streaming service.

I hear what you're saying. It's just marketing so that Apple can say "me too".
The cloud is not a concept. It's another technology/architecture that can be part of an application architecture. The marketing bozos like Gartner give it a shiny, mystical aura. People like you and me get confused, because we think there's something more to it. And that opens the doors to consultants (like theirs) to rake in tons of cash.
