The battle of Waterloo happened on June 18th, we'll soon see if anyone complains if google doesn't dedicate a doodle to it.

I was able to Google Metaurus, but I couldn't find the battle for more.

Maybe that there are no veterans of those mentioned battles still alive?

True, but that was actually yesterday's doodle. I'm surprised they haven't updated it.

I know it seems odd getting a serious reply... But there's one June 6th each year. I'm sure one of them in the past had a D-Day "doodle". I would hope 6/6/2014 will have one, being a decadiversary...
So, there's room for other things to have happened on 6/6 too!

About 11 years ago I saw him on Fox News talking about how upset he was with NASA. I was with my girlfriend about to leave to get dinner. I stayed an extra 10 minutes to watch (she didn't know much about him.) At that time I realized how amazing it was that Bradbury and Vonnegut were both alive. In my eyes, they were living icons, both of a time passed, and also a type of creativity, ambition, and rebelliousness that is rarely seen in such a combination. I was really upset when Vonnegut died, and this, as foreseeable as it was, is just as upsetting.
Oh yeah, and since then, my girlfriend has read as much Bradbury as me.

Indeed, this is sad news. Bradbury's writings opened wonderful doors in my mind in my teenage years[^].

Which avenger was given better focus & role?
My mates here say , it's the hulk, and some say it's the iron man.
and some feel it's the captain.
And one says it's the spider-man. Apparently the one that hasn't seen the movie.
