A meaningless and sarcastic reply
Two abuse votes so far
Let's wait and see what other replies this one nets.

In your rush to defend the OP and rubbish the responses, did you check his profile? This is not a new joiner and he has managed to post 13 requests on QA so far. To me that says he should have an idea of how this site goes.

Plus...how did he know there are two abuse votes?
I couldn't find out without actually voting "abuse" myself (which I haven't) so either he did and then tried to defend the person he just voted against, or he is the OP with a sock puppet account...

Exactly what I was asking myself...that's a bit strange.
And after all, the responses weren't that harsh anyway, I think.

If you look at OP's stats, the message has Score: 1.80 (2 votes) , which doesn't tally to 2 abuse votes but more likely one abuse from a low rep and a counter from a high rep...

Ah, I see. I didn't know where to look for that (and just for the record, I didn't vote it as abusive, too)

Other way round: High down vote, and low up. The high rep vote puts more "weight" into the result, and since the vote is (presumably) Abuse: 1, UpVote: 5 the combined result of 1.8 implies a much lower impact "5".

What did you expect?
A question that is trivial to solve without asking actual humans, posted in the wrong place because he couldn't be bothered to read - but had to go past "quick answers" and "discussions" to get to?
OK, "abuse" is probably taking it a little too far - I didn't hit that button - but I can understand it.

Of course you can understand abuse, you're in QA enough.

Procrastinate? Me?
So far this morning I have cleaned the coffee machine and started making some puff pastry. I am also waiting for the eggs to warm to room temperature so I can make some pasta.
I am suffering from very bad IBS - Irritating Boss Syndrome

In the loosest possible sense. I occasionally do a bit of consultancy but seem to spend more time looking for work than actually working.
Right now I have some work, through my own stoopidity I have managed to use the obfuscation pattern and I am now trying to remember why I did it this way last summer and what the Maria I can do to fix it.
That said, I am finding lots of 'other' things to do at the moment...

Then I envy you not. I'd like to have the possibility of telecommuting, as it would save me 100€/month of transportation and 3 hours/day. Plus I'd not have to worry about train delays - I made my third late entrance in less than 15 work days thanks to Italian management of public services.

It's not all four hour lunches drinking Mouton Rothschild and lounging around waiting for the cheques to arrive.
Oh wait, it is. Sorry.
