I do use Paid TV, and I like that you HONOR the restriction on the licensing model!

Is remote desktop not an option?
I know you log off the remote user, but if you are going to take over anyways...
As long as you don't log off, you can just close the RD window with your mouse and everything continues running in the background, then the local person logs in and can continue where you left it.
You might want to have a look here [^] too, VNC would be a nice option (I have used it a while and did everything I needed).

Had been using that but need to share screen with my users to troubleshoot and train them.
Also their Network security is a problem.

Is Teams allowed to be a contender?
You can do remote desktop sharing, I know it works well enough, and I'm pretty sure I've seen options to let others take over to control the system whose screen is shared. But the other person has to be there to click and approve the request; it's not one of those systems that lets you connect and control when there's nobody at the other end.

Look at AnyDesk. I've switched to it long time ago and never looked back.

RealVNC is a great alternative. I have used it extensively to control remote stations and never had a problem.

Anydesk works very very well.
In case this is not suitable for you, there is the already included in windows "Quick assist" which is slow, but it works.

It does really to seem to correspond to the "Straw Poll" see here: Survey Results - How long have you been coding?[^] that here we have only a bunch of old furts living from their memoris, but not able to be up to date.
Expirience? Yes, maybe in some displicines.
But sorry, I see this daily in Q/A, here (at CP) one can obviously only answer the simple things (template answers, some simple cout/cin Qs and small parts of c# but one does mainly accuse members to ask bad questions, ...).
More difficult things will be redirected to SO.
The only exception from my point of view is _Richard Deeming_ who seems to be the only one, to be able to answer also the more/most difficult questions. And no, I don't know him, have no profits to mention him!

Of course after 10...40 years programming a lot of questions looks very very simple, but please remember when you started....

I like that we give a _big_ hand to the beginners and take them serious

You imagine that the "issues" you describe are issues other people have.
They are your issues, and your lack of understanding of English may be a factor in your confusion.
Your "old furts" inference from one CP anonymized survey is absurd: out of 15+ million members, responses of the relatively few that respond may indicate only a weak trend, or nothing.
Stop complaining, and name-calling, and go where you are more comfortable.

I actually like the homework questions. That is, if it is not on the last day, begging to simply hand over the answer, or having to choose for some university stud that is late to choose between the examples he found (for a test designed to verify if he could do a for-loop!)
If you want a career in this field you have to do the effort, especially with that amount of competition. And more importantly, if you skip understanding the answer and copy paste, imagine going to work, where it is assumed the knowledge of the curriculum is actually there. You could create expensive bugs. Imagine, if you will, that surgeons had SO site and skipped homework by copying answers 
As for knowing how to ask a question, one should learn that before starting to program. So, some background, expected output/results, actual output/results and the relevant part of the code where the exception occurs. Don't go to your boss and just say "there's something burning" - indicate where, what and if the fire-department should be called.
I'll make exceptions for kids ofcourse, one cannot expect them to have learned all of that yet, so one is more patient. Sometimes its homework, sometimes a hobby.
I do agree that my tone could be friendlier. Still working on that.

In most(?) parts of the MS- ecosystem - stuff (e.g. Notepad) <crlf> is used to seperate lines for textual data.
To know what I mean, look at a textfile where lines are seperated by only <cr> with notepad...
Now in MS-Teams it looks like they changed their mind and followed the Unix standard and use only <cr>, try: Copy paste a text from MS-Teams and paste it to notepad.
... either way not really earth-shattering
