I got the latest "big" windows update (Windows 11, version 22H2)... but since then my windows is kind of bugged... the alt character (the one that require to hold shift) sometimes also add a lot of extra characters, for example this is
SHIFT+': "?_{
should only be: "
EDIT, it's that key that is broken!! : ' , i.e. single quote character's key
Am I misplaced to think this is the windows update? how could I fix it?{" or revert the windows update?{"
I noticed because I was playing Diablo, the game kind of froze (twice) and then my mouse shake and I couldn't type '?' or ','
Also, can't find the keyboard settings in the windows settings app! 
mmm... in fact char ' behave strangely... it's starting the context menu as well as typing, instead: '/ or '/"?
EDIT I was a little drunk that day.. and the key is working normally today.. someone suggested I might have spilled something on the keyboard that cause the thing.. and it mioght have perhaps...
