How Can I evaluate an axpression in string ?
for example :
string x = "(6+9)/5-9";
string y = "Ln(10)+cos(30)-55";
How Can I evaluate that in visual studio ?
Is there a FREE parser that does these operations ?

C++ isn't something like VB, where you can assign dump anything into any datatype. C++ requires you to know what you're doing.
If the result of your expression is a number, then assign it to a number and then 'store' it into the string with one of those string formatting functions.
int nVal = (6+9)/5-9;
TCHAR str[42];
_tprintf(str, _T("%d"), nVal);
You could alternatively write your own string class which does the conversion implicitly for you, by having the appropriate operators overloaded and enabling you to write statements of that sort where you assign an expression to a your string class object.

Is this a typo ? Are you using visual basic or visual C++ ? Because this is the C++ forum, so if it is a question for Visual Basic, then you should post in the VB forum.

How many more times do you need to have this explained to you before you realise that you are totally out of your depth on this? You have had lots of suggestions as to what you need to do but you obviously don't have the basic knowledge to implement them. I would suggest that you get hold of some books on basic C++ and Windows Programming and work through the sample code to get the understanding and skills you need to solve this problem.
Reposting the same question every day is just getting you more confused.

I want to implement file transmisstion between two client peer in
different LAN.
they get each Extranet IP and Port through http server(when they visit a
site like www.codeproject.com i will return other Extranet IP and Port)
when CLientA get ClienB Extranet Ip And Port ClientA will connect To ClinetB
in the same time ClientB Will Bind To Local Port and begin listen
my problem that can the connect oK ?，I have tested is fail but i want to know
why failed can someone tell me why

From your words, i felt that you need to get some specific messages generated by any window globally.
if so then, it sound a different intention with it
well you have to hook WINDOWS messages globally using SetWindowHookEx with WH_CALLWNDPROC as hook id [^]
