If someone insults you, then you can report the message as "Abusive" (using the red flag on the bottom-right of the message). You can also post a link to the message in this forum to ask other members to review and report it. If enough people decide that it's not acceptable, the message will be removed.
If the user continues to exhibit abusive behaviour, then either their account will be banned, or a moderator will step in and tell them to play nice.
However, a claim of "religious harassment" is something which would be taken far more seriously than a personal insult. Announcing that someone is insulting your religion when they are merely insulting you is a good way to annoy the moderators, and ensure that any future complaints are not taken seriously. I would refer you to Aesop's fable, The Boy who Cried Wolf[^].
"These people looked deep within my soul and assigned me a number based on the order in which I joined."

This saddens me. It really, really does.
CodeProject is meant to be a sharing site - not a one for abuse; yet you are both as bad as each other now. What I would do, if I were you, is ignore the perceived insult from the other user. I will be commenting to him as well. Use CodeProject for what it's intended - a means to share and learn; as soon as you start throwing accusations around, you lose the "moral high ground" over the other user.
I'm begging you and the other user - please stop this behaviour now.

That's why I stopped replying to either of them.
I'm just guessing that both of them will be account free zones in the near future, they way they are going...

English follows other languages down dark alleys, knocks them over and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

I'm more than happy to remove your account because I have already removed an account that had been setup solely to upvote your messages and responses.
CodeProject is for sharing source code. If you want to have an online flame and/or voting war with someone then do it elsewhere.

What makes you think it's him?

That's not proof - it's supposition. It could be him, it might not. There are morons everywhere - it might just be that someone else has taken a dislike to you for unrelated reasons - it happens.
The best thing to do is to ignore it. If you show that it affects you, then you are giving them a reason to continue to do it. If you do not, then they will get bored and give up. We all get down voting stalkers from time to time: the important thing to remember is that points aren't important; you can't convert them to money, or food, or a nice car.
Ignore it and move on.
BTW: It would be considered bigoted (and possibly racist or showing religious intolerance) to refer to a group in the way you describe based on their name: even if it did indicate a caste that you were not a member of. You should consider trying to lose that attitude, given that India is only part of the world...just a thought.

Ignoring and moving on in my terms is a cowardly act. Somebody has to fight against if it is not right. Neglecting it will just raise their confidence.
I will fight, even if it wrong in your terms

It's called "not feeding the trolls". If they see you are bothered by it, they will do it all the more. These people thrive on their ability to upset people anonymously - if you don't react, you starve them of the attention they crave. By responding, you aren't being very clever. I assume you want to be clever.

Hello Every One & Respected CP
I think it's time to clarify my Self. well actually clarification doesn't need because clarification given by those people who are here for their public image or ego purpose but on this forum i am here because i want to learn something newer things that's why I am here.
I would like to request the entire administrator panel who are monitoring please kindly refer this posted link.
How to send a mail using my gmail in asp.net[^]
this person is continuously insulting a religion and still they are able to talk in such non-sense wordings here.
if this kind people are hear as advisory then i think no one might be like to post their queries here. I am not here for scoring my points higher then everyone else.
So I would like to kind request to CP if such people are just for their personal casting ego representation then I would like happily exit for such forums because crossing on personal dignity will never be accepted.
Thank You.!

Totally agree.
As it is said:

and
Don't argue with an idiot, he will bring you down to his level and beat you because of his bigger experience.
I don't know whose qoute's are those, but my father told me them long time ago and I try to have them always present, because they really say the truth.

Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

No, ignoring and moving on is a mature act.
Let me repeat what I said to the other person involved:
CodeProject is for sharing source code. If you want to have an online flame and/or voting war with someone then do it elsewhere
Stop the flame wars or move to a different site. I'm not interested.

He didn't say you did. His link is to a reputation page - seeing that you can't see someone else's page, it automatically takes you to your reputation page. The clue is the membership number - yours is a different number.

I have asked the other user to moderate his behaviour. I am asking you now, not to trade insults. Please; CodeProject is meant to be a nurturing environment. Let's respect that and just learn to get along.
