 My teacher seriously glossed over finding values of c and n0 for big O and big Omega. For big Omega he said add coefficients and if there's a negative, flip the value. Now I have a question asking me to prove 7n-2 is Ωn By his explanation, c = 1/9 Which would give me (1/9)n <= 7n-2 Which seems unnecessary since c and n0 could be 1 and it would still hold that cn is <= 7n-2 Any thoughts, comments, helpful suggestions?
