What I have tried:

Code (App.js)
import React from "react";
import { View } from "react-native";
import  SkeletonPlaceholder  from "./node_modules/react-native-skeleton-placeholder";

const App = () => {
  return (
    <SkeletonPlaceholder>
      <View style={{ flexDirection: "row", alignItems: "center" }}>
        <View style={{ width: 60, height: 60, borderRadius: 50 }} />
        <View style={{ marginLeft: 20 }}>
          <View style={{ width: 120, height: 20, borderRadius: 4 }} />
          <View
            style={{ marginTop: 6, width: 80, height: 20, borderRadius: 4 }}
          />
        </View>
      </View>
    </SkeletonPlaceholder>
  );
