UnpakBits does't work correct.
Use this Array as an input and test it.
int[] array = new int [] {1, 0, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 0, 1, 0, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 1, 1};
Here is the results:
Original Length: 25
Packed: 29536381
Unpacked Length: 32

And it increases so much when we increase the length of input array to 35 plus.

But it loses original data in array of 900 length. What you say now?
